4. Start the machine for about 20 seconds to evaporate the residual water in the machine body.
5. Shake the crankshaft to set the farm machine at the beginning of the compression stroke (at this time, the intake valve and exhaust valve are closed and the roller of the high pressure oil pump is not pressed by the CAM of the camshaft), keep this position still and roll up the intake pipe (to prevent insects, dust and impurities from entering).
6. Apply a coat of fresh oil to farm machinery and rust-prone areas.
7. Unpack the intake and exhaust pipes of the agricultural machinery every 2 months, start the agricultural machinery to run for more than 10 seconds (without cooling water), and then put the agricultural machinery in the original parking position, and re-wrap the exhaust pipes.
Two, agricultural machinery threshing machine, water pump, crusher and other machines to clean, rust parts coated with anti-rust oil, and then put the import and export cover, to prevent hard things falling into. For pumps, the water in the pump housing should be completely drained.
